You have generated an error!

File "C:\SPPVignette\Collaboration\pscripts\strptime.py", line 217, in LocaleTime_calc_timezone

Do you have seen that error before.?

Yes actually it was created yesterday, this is the number 0001020219 2011.

Do you have installed this version.? because I am doing a new installation in a test server with same results, I think that can be a Product error.

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE

Ancile Support, send us a file to do correction on add to publish issue.

For your referece here is the solution from support

In regard to the issue you are experiencing, this may be caused by a

script preventing the server from calculating the correct time zone. In efforts to troubleshoot your issue, kindly perform the following:

1. On the uPerform application server, navigate to the

Collaborationpscripts folder.

2. Rename the strptime.py file to strptime.py.org.

3. Delete the strptime$py.class file.

4. Copy the strptime.py file from the strptime.zip archive to the

pscripts folder.

5. Test the script by attempting to add a document to the

publishing queue.

Corrected File strptime.zip

But now we can not publish uperform documents "status failure", managed document can be publish without problem.

If is possible could you help us to add an attachment to SAP message.? Because for some reason now we don´t have the option to do it. "[ServerData_20111130_1746442.zip|http://www.4shared.com/file/OkkZg_mJ/STRPTIME.html]"

Thanks for all your help
