Configure intercompany return stock transfer order

I need help in Configuration for intercompany return stock transfer order from the following plants below to plant P001.

P054

P056

P065

P067

P070

P117

P127

The system shall determine automatically determine shipping point EURD.

Can you please let me know steps I should follow.
