Hello All,
I am working with an Pharma Client and the requirment is
Client gives sample products to the Doctors/Medical Representatives.they want to make a inventory record for all this products.
please suggest me how I will map it in sap system,its urgent

Hi Vankat ,
For the products as a sample given to doctors u can do 2 things,
1. Either u can do it by delivery without Pricing with KLN item category.
2. or with pricing and giving 100% discount with the help of Free Goods process(Path : SD -> Basic Function -> Free Goods).

Hi,
This is very simple,This is called Free of charge delivery in SAP.make bellow settings.
SPRO-Settings
1.Use document type FD in VOV7.
2.Item category is KLN
3.Schedule line is standard which will have movement type 601.
4.Delivery type is LF
5.Billing type is F8-delivery related proforma invoice.
Sales cycle
VA01-order
VL01N-delivery
VF01-Proforma invoice

Hi Venkat
You can create free of charge deliveries for sending samples of your products to the doctors/ Medical Representatives.
The system will then generate a delivery based on the free-of-charge delivery.
A free-of-charge delivery is a type of sales document just like the standard order.I hope by mapping this your issue will be solved.
