Solution Manager v4.0 installation error : CJS-30022 and FCO-00011

Hi Basis gurus :

I am trying to install Solution Manager and ECC 6.0 as well.

While installing SolMan, everything goes fine, until step # 17 while importingABAP monitor jobs, 15 out of 18 monitor packages gets imported fine, then it runs into below error messages.

I am performing installation on Windows 2003 server SP1, Have J2SDK1.4.2_11 and loopback adapter installed.

Oracle v10.2 has already been patched with 10.2.0.2

Any thoughts/suggesstions/ideas that could lead to the resolution ?

To resolve this issue, restart the machine. Increased the SGA and restart the SAP installation.

I experienced this problem with the installation during database load on:

ERP2005 ECC6

AIX

Oracle

ERROR 2008-01-03 08:41:03

CJS-30022 Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 103. For details see log file(s) import_monitor.java.log, import_monitor.log.

Steps to help you here:

try stop the database with the ora<sid> user this might give you some information.

It gave me the following info:

SQL> Connected.

SQL> ORA-01116: error in opening database file 8

ORA-01110: data file 2:

ORA-27092: skgfofi: size of file exceeds file size limit of the process

Additional information: 132104

Additional information: 156033

SQL>

In my case the ulimits were not set correctly. With AIX you can use "smitty" (as root) to correct this.

After that I also had to start the LISTENER of Oracle. The not correctly started LISTENER gave exactly the same error.

Chris I trying to install the solutions manager on my system and can not get the Java 2 SDK 1.4.2_12 correctly I keep getting the following error :

SAPinst is getting started.

Whats your OS ? The error says it been used .. probably you might have tried SAPINST many times and it might be hangeing there ..

I am using XP Pro, one thing i may be doing wrong is i am trying to install the whole ides on an external hard drive, i thought this was done before, can you tell me if the whole ides must be loaded to the c drive?

Ajit,

Try with default code page. (ie) with unicode.

I fu change unicode installation to non-unicode u may encounter this error. Try this out and let us know thw status.

I beleive you people could really help me out in this issue.

I enconter the same error what chris and others experienced while <u><b>installing ECC 6.0 in windows 2003 server and MSSQL 2005 as the database in 32bit machine</b></u>. The error occurs during <u><b>import ABAP phase ( exactly the Job name was SAPSDIC and this is the first job out of 19)</b></u>

Kindly let me know how to fix it and since the database i am using it is SQL 2005 i am really confused on <u><b>what should i change exactly</b></u>. I am also posting this question as a new that so that if you people could answer over there its easy for me assign the points.

I got the similar error as you'v got while installing ECC 6 during "Import ABAP" phase.

Env.

64bit Hardware,

MSSQL 2005 .( win auth mode not mixed mode)

collation as suggested in the Inst manual.

Can you please let me know how you have solved this issue

Following are the steps I perfromed to resolve the issue.

Restart the machine.

Startup the DB with increased SGA size.

Make sure the listner and DB is in mounted mode.

Continue the installation from the point it broke down.

Most likely it will resolve your issue as well - good luck !

Hi folks,

I have had almost the same problem while installing a central NW2004s system. In the phase 'Create database' I get the error CJS-30022 "Program 'Migration Monitor' exits with error code 1" followed by FCO-00011

The solution was finally to stop the installation, set the variable "dbs_ora_schema = SAP<SID>" for user root which executes the installation and restart the installation.

Hope that avoids hours of annoying research for somebody with the same error.

By how much did you need to increase the SGA size? I noticed that during the import ABAP phase, the listener and the Oracle processes are already running.

Just confirming: you had to start the listener and Oracle processes before continuing the installation right?
