500 connection timed out in NW 7.3

Hi ,

I am getting the below error in NW 7.3

500 connection timed out

Error -5

Version 7200

Component ICM

Module icxxthr_mt.c

Line 4295

Detail Connection partner timed out after 600s

Can anybody please tell me how to resolve this error

if there is a parameter valut to be increased,where should it be done.

Please check this parameter icm/keep_alive_timeout

If required set to 0 to avoid timeout or increase the value .

Set this parameter icm/keep_alive_timeout to 3600, it will keep the connection for 1 hr or set to 0 (never timeout).

As other folks already said, please increase the value of profile parameter icm/keep_alive_timeout. You can take a look at the below link for more details about this parameter.

Not seeing the keep alive parameter in NW 7.3 instance profile

You can add this parameter icm/keepalive_timeout = 3600 in the Default profile and restart the application.
