RE Contract Transaction: RECN print preview button disabled

Hi all,

I am able to print privew from menu. RE Contract --> Print --> print preview. There is a button on the main screen as 'Print Preview' but it is disabled.

Can you please let me know that how can this be enabled so I can print preview directly witout going to the Menu.

RECACUST \ CORRESPONENCE \ PDF Based Forms \ Correspondence Activities and applications \ Define correspondence application, Check A410- Master data summary is Active or Not ???.

Activate this Correspondence application (A410)
