Hi everyone,
I have a customer which is mapped to the following sales area ABC/DR/01 but when the Transfer Order is being created it is picking up sales area ABC/WS/01.
Can someone please explain why?????

Hi,
Please let me know your order type. then just check.
Please check your sales area ABC/DR/01 assignment w.r.t the order (sales doc type). under Sales Documents (Sales and Distribution menu).
Also check if distribution channel for Transfer order is what you have assigned (i.e.DR) or not and also check for the customer is it the same sales area for what you have created.

Hello,
How the system will ask for the sales area while creating the transfer order?
The system will not check for the sales area while creating the transfer order, it will check the delivery number, warehouse number ...etc only (system will pick up plant and storage details from the delivery itself).
Please be clear while explaining the issue.

run XD03 and check out does you customer exist in both areas
also check out your order - does it have that particular customer or not
