RPM financial planning - units

Hello PPM experts,

We use financial planning for our portfolio items. Currently all amounts are shown in the currency defined on the item with 2 digits after the decimal. This is far too detailled.

Our project controllers would like to get the amounts in thousands of the chosen currency Meaning that instead of having the amount 168 000,00, the column should display 168.

Does anybody know how this is done?

hi,

In order to remove the decimals, you can change the 'User Settings' in 'Services' Tab on left panel in Portfolio management.

For displaying the data in thousands, I guess you would have to do so enhancement to the code only.
