Adding role to SRM 07

Dear experts,

We are just finished upgrading the srm 04 system to srm 07.

We had a role with link to a report and we created it again in the SRM 07 system, but we are not find it in the User menu.

Does anyone have an idea why?

Hello,

Probably you will have to customize a portal role as well to point to this report.

In SRM 7.0, portal and SAP_GUI roles are linked.

Have a look at note 1261825.

We are working with NWBC, not with the PORTAL, is it still relevant?

Hi Yaron ,

in SRM 4.0 roles are with ITS applications and in SRM 7.0 roles are with webdynpro application

now you need to copy SRM 7.0 role to zroles and you can try .

The role I use is a zrole (I copied the srm 04 zrole to srm 07 zrole).

The thing is, I can't see it at the SRM07 menu, how can I point the place I want to see it?

Do I have to add it to an existing srm07 zrole?
