New Company Data not in MCSI Info StructureI

Hi,

I created a new company and the sales data is not showing, only the quantity in kilos is showing on MCSI info structure.

Can somebody point the general steps to repair this info structure or should I just make a new one?

If you have made any changes to the configuration, or added new configuration since the last time you have run MCSI correctly, first you need to check if all the necessary entries, in configuration, in master data and so on, are correct.

If you verify that this is the case, and you had entries relevant for LIS missing, then you must recover all the data from the system. Be aware that there are a set of procedures that you need to take into account when recovering data.
