Symptom

Found by the dba in the oracle logs:

      • 2009-06-23 04:32:34.639 ksedmp: internal or fatal error ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [25026], [49], [6143497], [], [], [], [], []

Oracle subsequently crashed taking down all active databases it was hosting.

Cause

The important key to this error message is not the specific issue, or the numbers in the brackets. The key here is ORA-00600. This is a special code which only Oracle support can make any productive use of. The numbers inside the brackets will give them insight into the specific issues that went wrong and they will begin working from there. ORA-00600 is a catch all of sorts that is used when any of a long list of faults might occur.

Resolution

Contact your Oracle support and provide them the full error information from the logs.

Ähm, just to make sure

we are talking about a SAP system running on your Laptop,

not your Laptop connecting to a SAP system elsewhere ?

Did your laptop execute a clean shutdown or did it went to hibernation while the DB was running.

I think in this case something may have destroyed the db.

I do not see any relation to SGEN.
