Authentication Error after certi upgrade on LDAP Server

Hi,

We are using Enterprise portal 7.0 sp21 and we configured UME

configuration with Microsoft LDAP, Yesterday we did a certificate up

grade in LDAP server and after that we when to Visual admin and

imported the LDAP certificates .

Now after the restart of the portal users canu2019t log in to the portal,

we are getting authorization failure error.

I think the problem here is importing the certificate in to visual

admin- Key storage - Trusted CAs , even thougg we imported the certi its in pkcs format . please advice me on that as well as is it nessary to genearte a CSR Request.

HI,

The problem is solved, we got a certificate from LDAP in crt format then when to Visual admin-Key storage- ans Trusted CAs, we Imported the certificate. Restarted the server, Now ldap and SSO is working fine.

Key here is the format "CRT"
