Can you briefly explain "what is the usage of pricing date in condition type(pr00)"?

You can see the calculation date of pricing procedure for a particular document & also useful to find out the pricing on which date it is calculated for that particular document in future.

Hello Kiran,
If you are referring to the valid to and valid from date in PR00 then it means whatever value you set for the condition type PR00 for a key value (Eg: Material with Release status or Customer/Material) will hold good during this period mentioned.
This will be active for the key value when you create a Sales order, you can see the condition tab for individual line items you can see the PR00 will be green.
