Background job cancelled

Hi,,

every day background jobs

Job Ln Job CreatedB

SAP_REORG_UPDATERECORDS SAP*

SAP_WP_CACHE_RELOAD_FULL SAP*

cancelled.

and job log is ---

Job started

Step 001 started (program RSM13002, variant SAP&001, user ID OSEBASIS)

Reorganization of update date not allowed in batch

Job cancelled

Job started

Step 001 started (program RWP_RUNTIME_CACHE_RELOAD, variant SAP&RELOAD_ALL, user ID OSEBASIS)

No component system chosen

Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

Please help me out.

and tell me what is the purpose of theses jobs.

Hi,

Please check the following SAP Notes:

Note 1034532 - Changes for standard jobs

Note 16083 - Standard jobs, reorganization jobs

Solution

The following changes are delivered with the Support Packages specified below:

1. The following job definitions are deleted:

SAP_REORG_UPDATERECORDS (program RSM13002)

SAP_WP_CACHE_RELOAD_FULL (program RWP_RUNTIME_CACHE_RELOAD)

and this note is delivered on SP basis 14 and current sp of my system is 14

then why this issuse comes.

Hi,

If you check SAP note 16083, it clearly states that SAP_REORG_UPDATERECORDS and SAP_WP_CACHE_RELOAD_FULL should be deleted from the schedule as it no more required. So, you should delete this job from scheduled jobs.
