Certain document type for certain users?

Hello,

Our company is using Easy DMS, so I want to be displayed only certain document types for certain Users.

Lets say Procurement Users can choose only 2 document types but not all what are on the system.

Hi,

You can control this using Authorizations in SAP DMS. Relevant Authorization object is C_DRAW_DOK .

Same Authorization will get reflected in Easy DMS.

Let me clarify the issue: I have 20 document types, so 5 of them should be viewed to user ABC.

Hi,

As explained, You will need to create roles for authorization which will have relevant transaction codes.

Look for authorization object mentioned above. Assign those 5 doc types to that authorization object.

Assign this role to user ABC.

This will ensure that user ABC has access to only these doc types.
