Hi,
We have 3000 plus vendors in our cFolder system. When we were went into go-live and we don't have the requirement send notification. Now we have configured SMTP, and while sending notification to the user should Receive notification as e-mail. As I know cFolder has that option. In User Administration area standard settings tab Receive notification as e-mail set as Immediately. But when i am sending any notification to user the mail is not going to user mail Id, which is maintained in the User Id's mail address in SU01. I analyzed the issue, then i came to know each user's should do the settings individually under settings->Notification->Receive notification as e-mail->Immediately. But we have removed setting options to users. Please suggest me is there any other way to do the settings to all users in single time. My cFolder version is 4.5.
