SDV1 - Expiring contracts error

Hi ,

I am using standard SAP report to get a list of expiring contracts in T code SDV1.

I am using only the date to find the contracts which will expire until that particular date but I see that the report is displaying all the contracts even if an order reason is maintained for the contract.

I believe that if a order reason is maintained for a contract then that contract should not be displayed in the report and is it a correct assumption ?

Can anyone tell is this standard SAP behaviour.

If no then what is the base logic on which these contracts are displayed in the report.

Hi

I believe the confusion is between reason for rejection and order reason.

if you donot want the contract to be displayed in the transaction SDV1 you should put the relevant entry in the reason for rejection and not in order reason. SAP assumes reason for rejection at the item level as a control field.

I did try it out and its working. Let me know if this does not suit you.
