Issue when creating an Transfer order from delivery

Hi team,

1. Procurement of the material for the warehouse is done from the external vendor through the project A & with the wbs element A.01 through the project stock 'Q'

2. Once the material is available at warehouse (Q stock against the WBS A.1 is stored through the GRN),

3. Stock transfer order created from warehouse to one of the intra site(plant) through the project B agsinst the WBS element B.01. Replinshment delivery created , further to this while creating Transfer order, system is through the negative quantity & supplying wbs is displayed as B.01. (instead of A.01).

So please let me , if any settings needs to be changed.

In acct assignment use A.01 instead of B.01

Check the material document created with proper WBS or not. (or) go to CJI3 (and double click on the cost) to get the material document.

Or provide the detailed information of transfer order.

Please understand , as of now the material stock is lying in A.1 (Project stock).

Now the second scenario is stock transfer from A project to B Project.While executing this case , we are using wbs b.1 in stock transfer order at account assignment tab.. Once the replishment delviery is through from STO, while doing Trasfer order from delivery error message"storage type 501 does not allow negative stock figures". .

Error message no : L3037.

Actually we need the quantity to be picked from project A, now it is reading from project B. (Project B has zero Qty).

do you mean you want to transfer from B.01 to A.01 ? Because system is giving supplying WBS correctly as B.01
