Why the display status of overview screen can't work.

Hi experts,

SPRO:

I defined status profile and two status, such as s1, s2 . And I defined s2 to display. Then I allocated the profile to a document item.

VA01 (Don't have authority of changine status)

Create a sales document

VA02

Change the status of 10 item to s2 from s1.

VA02 (Don't have authority of changine status)

Changing sales order is still available. Why??

I changed the status profile to document header, the situation is same as before.

Hi,

Go to transaction SHD0 enter your transaction variant and go to first tab Standard variant and activate your variant and create new sales order and check it

I don't want to use Screen Variant. I just want to know how to config in the display status of overview screen which is related to status profile.
