Upon releaseing a PO, the print pop up screen appears but the cancel button is greyed out and cant be selected.

Patch 16 and above needs to be installed for the SAP GUI, this solves the problem

it's looks like configuration issue for your company's PO.
if it's a compulsion PO then it is needed to be printed , u cannot cancel it.
