XI Architect EDI

Can anyone share their landscape/architect design of a SAP XI environement. Looking to solve a problem with several million transactions to be converted from EDI translators to XI, and would like to get input on sizings, server (UNIX AIX probably) for development;QA and prod and Seeburger EDI adapter. Also, is XI licensed with SAP, like BC is, or do we have to get another license?

you can go to sap marketplace to use the

quicksizer for your estimate. We used it

for a super Chemical Company and it was helpful.

XI has a license from SAP. But SAP may only

charge you for the users on the production

XI. So do not worry about DEV, QA.
