hi all, we created a sales order but when we use vl10a to list the order, this new created order is not appear in the list. why?

did you create delivery for your order? the report you used is for delivered orders...

thanks. let us redefine the process. we created an SO, we use vl10a to list all SO then we select the listed SO to create DO. the issue now we cannot see the new created SO, then we can't generate DO.

we left the delivery block empty, not defined.

and running VL10A you do set:
0. correct Shipping Point/Rec Pt?
1. correct CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt ?
2. correct deliv. creation date range?
3. any other attributes correctly?
4. you or your sap users have no authorisation issues (run /NSU53 and check it out) ?
5. the order(s) you're after are relevant for delivery ?

Go to SO item schedule line. Double click on line with confirm qty. go to shipping tab. Check Material avail.date is within Vl10A dates.
we notice the SO have an exception code 26. what this mean?

You can use option 9-user exit, V50R_USEREXIT_PREPARE to customize it if you need.
