sap DMS error - attempt to set up connection failed

Hi,

We are getting below given error when accessing the documents stored in the dms server from cv03n and MD04.

Error:"Attempt to set up connection to <server Name> failed".

We didn't get any error, If we try to access the documents via internal LAN - SAP GUI .

We are getting this error, If we try to access these documents from outside LAN - SAP GUI.

If any one know the TCP Port number used for these communication it will help us to give access to that port in the firewall.

Hi,

Connection to SAP DMS content server is using http protocol and standard port is 1090.

Ensure that this protocol and port is open in your WAN .
