Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)

Hello Experts,

there are a user when he want print from SAP he get the error as below (in Tcode SP01):

Connection closed after (protocol) error (RC=1)

he can print fom Word, Excel without any problem

The other users can print with this printer from SAP without any problem.
