CMS not configured yet.

Hi,

for first time we have installed NWDI(not much idea about NWDI configuration).when i open nwdi page (http://host:port/devinf) we are getting message "CMS not configured yet."in bottom.do we need to configure cms?and how to configure?

Hi John and Ervin,

while running di all in one wizard

i got errors like

1)Error: XPath evaluation error Step: Retrieve information for user configuration

2)Error: PASSWORD_TOO_SHORT

Step: Create Default Administration User

3)Error: PASSWORD_TOO_SHORT

Step: Create Default Development User

4)Error: USER_AUTH_FAILED: User account for logonid "NWDI_DEV" not found!

Step: Assign Development User to Group NWDI.Developers

5)Error: Unauthorized

Step: Upload Default ACL Settings

*6)Error: HTTP response "Unauthorized" from CMS server "http://host:50000/"***

**Step: Retrieve configuration information from CMS**

before running this wizard,do we need to do something,pls tell wat is exact procedure.

as long as you have deployed those sca for NWDI. you can run the wizzard.

the error message is quite clear "PASSWORD_TOO_SHORT "

one more doubt ,do we need to import latest CIM Content (Delta) from the Service Marketplace into our sld?

i think no need,

when you create product, if the SC info cannot be found then you have to import the latest SLD content.

Hi Ervin,

my release is 7.01 SP3 .while iam running this wizard (Change Management Service (CMS): Create an Application Skeleton).

iam getting this error *Validation Error: Communication with the CMS failed. Ensure that the URL is correct, that the CMS is up an running, and that the given user has administrative access rights for the CMS* [] ,our basis doesn't have much idea about netweaver.so give us some idea
