Need advice.Can't see Business Transactions in CRMD_ORDER after 7.1 upgrade

Hello Experts,

We've done 7.1 upgrade and somehow now I can't see all our Business Transactions in CRMD_ORDER.

I executed TCode CRMD_ORDER > went to Business Transaction > Create > and I can see just few Business Transactions, not full list of them as in 7.0.

Now I can create only Business Activity, Outgoing E-Mail & Task. No option to create and see Change Order, Change Document, Corrections (Normal, Urgent, etc) etc.

Any idea why? Please advice.

HI

Simply because we have now moved to Worcenter completely

so only solman_workcenter you can use or the web based interface.

moreover the transaction has been changed from SLFN to SMIN

you can check help.sap for more

Can you please clarify where exactly I can create the Busines Transactions, such as Norman Correction?

I would like to create Normal Correction via SOLMAN_WORCENTER,so I navigated to Change Management > Common Tasks > New Request for Change (for instance)

After that I'm getting the list of various roles, such as:

Select a business role: AIC_MANAGER-AIC Manager

IC_AIC_AGENT-Accounting IC Agent

AUT-PM-Automotive Partner Manager

CASEWORKER-Case Worker (Social Services)

.....etc..

and I don't know which one to use.

Can I still use "old-fashioned" CRM transactions for this?

It all has been changed dramatically if you compare it with 7.0

moreover SAP says you can use old transaction types but again since all the transaction types have been changed like SLFN SDCR etc so its better if you look the new one's and decide which one is better for your scenario

Hi 123,

SolMan 7.1 has many new features in the service desk. To use the new features you will need to use the new transaction types and not your previous transaction types. To use the new transaction types you need to use the new interfaces, for example for IT Service Management (Incidents, Problems, and Requests) you can use the CRM Web Client (http://[host]:[port]/sap/bc/bsp/sap/crm_ui_start/default.htm).

Can you please advice where I can create Service Desk Contract in the new 7.1 Web Client?

It's not longer available in CRMD_ORDER in 7.1, and somehow I can't find this in the new 7.1 Web Client.

I am also having the same issue. I can't find proceed in contract creation for 7.1 since the SLFV transaction is not anymore existing.
