Hi Experts,
My settings in customizing OVA8 for automatic credit control,
Dynamic D block
Next review date A block.(no. of days 7)
When ever I create sales oreder system shows " Credit imit(Next customer check date has bben passed) and block this in credit limit-If I maintain check in OVA8
If I maintain NO CHECK in OVA8 ,system do not block this order in credit limit.
(Customer is having no overdues ,no open orders,no open billing docs-credit limit 1400000 & sales order -10000)
So my question is what is this NEXT REVIEW DATE,where it is maintained** & how can I cusomize system in such a way that If there is no outstanding ,full payment clear-system should not show that message & donot block it in credi limit.
Please suggest & please dont give theortical answer-give some situation based answers.
Thanks in advance.

Dear Dharmrnder,
Next Review Date
If a customer has a credit limit of 1000 USD, and you would like to restrict this credit limit only to be available in current month (say March). If the document day is in April then the credit limit is zero. You can use the u201CNextReview dateu201D and u201CNumber of daysu201D fields and combined it with the u201CLast int.reviewu201D field in customer credit master u201CStatusu201D view (FD32).
In order to fix you issue remove the Next internal review dates in FD32.
Thanks&Regards

Hi,
In FD32 -reference date is 01.01.2001
Last int.date -blank
Next int. date-blank
In OVA8-next review date -7 days
Kindly suggest where I see my review date.

Dharminder
