How to Copy/ Transfer attached document from Order to Delivery

Hello All,

I know, maintaing Parameter ID: SD_SWU_ACTIVE, with Parameter value: X, in Transaction SU3 will enable Service of Object, which will allow to attcah any Word/ PDF/ XLS file in Order.

Once document attcahed, say in Order, and then if I create Delivery/ Billing for that Order, how can I ensure that attached Document also get copied/ transfered into Delivery/ Biliing from preceding document, say Order.

1. Is it possible at all?

2. If Yes, then how to acheive the same.

there is no standard setting to get it copy to subsequent documents. need to consider space contraints.

2 mthods you can achieve.

1) In sending output in delivery/billing document, get abaper to get attachment from sales order. No copy required.

2) In copycontrol, use development/abap to copy over.

Though, Sorry as I forgot to mention that I am looking for only Standard way of doing this. No ABAP Developments.

It seems, there is no standard way of doing so.
