Importing new component version in CMS landscape configurator

Hi Experts,

I want to import a new version of a SAP delivered software component from SLD to the landscape configurator. Are there any side effects to this activity? We have done some customization to the standard sap code which is sitting in the DTR, we dont want to lose the customization.

Hi,

you won't lose your custom code since as you mentioned it is residing in the DTR, while you only want to change the build plugins of the track (which are in CBS).

In case you change not only the SP version of the build plugins I suggest you to go for the option:
