GRC CUP,when requestor creating request

Hi,

In GRC CUP,When requestor creating request and during risk analysis for one role for existing user getting this error:Risk analysis failed:Exception in getting the results from the web service : service call exception; nested exception is:java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read time out.

We already applied SAP notes:1121978,1564243.

Hi,

Yes, i checked it now. We are on SP 15 .7 and web service violation limit in GRC RAR is set to 300000 and rfc timeout for web services :1441.we are facing this issue for very few roles. when i do user analysis in grc rar,i have no issues.Just in GRC CUP for few roles.

Mir,

I guess you´re working with roles that have too many risks. Have a look at this regarding SAP recomendations about how to deal with such roles :NOTE 1593056 (under "critical roles").
