i want to know the benefits and the usage of the solution manager?
and what sap solution manger can do for me?

Hi,
Solution manager plays a main role in the landscape.
Using solution manager we can
1) Generating the installation and upgrade keys.
2) We can monitor all the satellite systems in the landscape.
3) Generate the EWA reports.
4) Service desk configuration.
5) Change management
6) CCMS alerts configuration ..... etc
