Hi All,

whlile sending mail at the time of creation of Notification and requesting 8D report, How vendor get 8D report preview?

Or what is the best way to complete the process.

hi

For this u need to develop the workflow functionality.

in which u need to attach ur 8d report as PDF format and after putting a mail id of ur vendor system automatically send that mail to external mail server.

For this u need to maitain the RFC in ur sap syetem and than system allows u for mail transfer.

I hope u get an idea how to use this with notification
