XML messages are not delivered

Since a couple of weeks all XML messages in XI have the ack.status : "Still awaiting acknowledgment" (SXMB_MONI). In the message monitoring of the Runtime Workbench these messages have the status "To Be Delivered". According to the documentation I found, this should be a temp status.

Hi,

Check the Message Display Tool ( RWB->message monitoring->MDT)

And Adapter monitoring ..

But the reason may because of Your receiver is not ready, or some queue problems.

Hi,

Since this error is in XI, most likely, the message is held up in the queue.

In SXMB_MONI, scroll to the left until you find the queue used. Double-click on the queue name, and you should see the messages in the queue. Probably the 1st message has an error, which is holding up the rest of the messages from being processed.

Select the 1st message and restart it, or delete it (not recommended unless you know it is not needed.)

Check the SMQ options to find if there is a system error (SMQ1 for outbound and SMQ2 for inbound) amd look for sysfail errors which may hold up the queue

this might mean that they are not received

by the receiver system

check the adapter monitoring to see it there are

not error over there
