how to know if some one played with environment variables in windows ?
can we get any log regarding this?where to see? how can we know this?

Hi,
1) Refer installation guide to know which are the basic environment variables required to be set.
2) Additionally you can compare environment settings for users with other running SAP system .
3) Check with R3trans -d and R3trans -x commands to ensure that SAP application connects to Database.
R3trans -x will ensure your environment is ok to connect to SAP database.
