Message No S#077

Dear All SAP guru,

I have a custom menu. I created new t-code & put it into the custom menu.

Some can't use this t-code & shows the message "You are not authorized to use transaction zxxx." (Message no. S#077)

please, how to solve this issue ?

Hi,

You need to assign users with access to your new TCode.

You may add the new Tcode to one of the existing Customer defined roles Or create a new Z role and add the authorization to this tcode.

Only the users who are assigned roles which includes your new Tcode will be able to access it.

Incase you still get the error, check SU53 screenshot immediately after getting the error. This will give you details of missing authorization.
