Hello,
Solution Manager 7.1 SP03, patched to latest packages.
If I try to use the Managed System Configuration Wizard to configure a Scenario the Check Prerequisites step will fail with:
Error
LM-SERVICE 7.10 is not installed
Action
Please check SAP Note 1483508 for more information
Check Context
Diagnositics Prerequisite | Diagnostics prerequisite | SYSTEM =SOLMAN
But ... LM-Service IS installed: 7.10.3.1 .
How can I fix that issue?
Note 1483508 isn't helping. I did Step 1. and 2. ... but not 3, because "Turn off Maintenance Mode" and "Run Java Upgrader" isn't existing in 7.1 SP03 autoconf.
Note 1612514 isn't helping too, the patches mentioned there are already installed.
Hi Hauke,
In this case, you have to go to LMDB and run sync from SLD to LMDB.
This will fetch the correct component installed in SMSY for Solution Manager.
This will fix the issue.

Amit

Hello Hauke,
Did you figure out how to fix this? I haven't been able to find any notes on this.
Thanks,
Abdul

FYI, If you're facing this error message as well, here is how I was able to fix it:
1) Delete your Technical System system in SLD.
2) Make sure SLD and LMDB are in sync. Run the batch job if need be.
3) Publish your Technical System to SLD using the Java SLD Data Supplier in VA.
4) Make sure SLD and LMDB are in sync as step 2 above.
Now SLD should have proper version number for LM-SERVICE.
