Header Price

Hello Experts,

I have created condition type for header but its appearing in the item level as well.I want it should appear in grey mode in item level.Its not in grey mode and user cannot enter the value in item level since its header level condition type.How can make it grey mode at item level.and how can make it appear in header lever coz user will have to input manually by selecting the condition type and insert in the header level.It should appear without manual input.

Please advise.

Hi Shrii,

Check Your condition type by VK11, check fields under " Changes Which can be made".

When You check Header Condit, the condition wil be treated as header condition.

when You check Item condion, the condition will be treated as item level condition,

When You check both, say for your new header condition AA00.

then You can enter value either from Header or Item condition.

but the category of condition will be header condit only.

so if You enter value of AA00 from item level, then You can change value from item condtion.

if you entery value of AA00 from header level, then You can change it from header only.

Check VK11.

Hello,

Check the conditione type again. Check The changes which can be made tab in the condition type, the Header condition should be ticked and Item condition should not be checked.

As it is defined as a header condition type, it will not have any access sequence attached to it, hence the condition value need to be entered manually in the header at the time of document processing.

Hi,

To do this, you can make use of the standard Condition Type already available (HM00) - it allows you to enter the order value manually at Header level, and the new order value will get distributed propotional between the items (tax will be re-determined).

Header conditions do not have access sequence and can not be determined automatically.

This is not possible because header conditions will not have access sequence.it has to be process manually.

In SAP to determine conditions automatically that condition must have access sequence.here access sequence is a search strategy to determine condition record.

So header condition are only processed manually.
