Trip cannot be deleted because it has already been posted

Dear All,

I have one general expense in transferred PAY status. User has already manually posted and paid. We tried to delete the trip but hit error - "Trip cannot be deleted because it has already been posted".

It always appear in the list for posting when run PRFI. How to remove this trip? Please help.

We can't delete the whole posting record. Is it possible only delete one of the posting item?

Hi,

you can delete based on post document number.

but the document that has been posted, can't be delete.

document with status created, can be delete.

Hi,

you need to reject the posting or delete posted document. (through tcode PRRW)

then you are allowed to delete trip.
