This is my first time posting.
In my Solution manager system, this job "SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP" is getting cancelled daily
Job Log:

SID determined as monitoring Solution Manager system
SAP customer number unknown for installation number ########
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE

In SMSY transaction I can't read System number, I got this message
SAP customer number unknown for installation number #########
Message no. AI_SC_EN097
Diagnosis
Installation number &V1& that is assigned to some system(s) in transaction SMSY is not assigned to an SAP customer number in table AIINSTALLATIONS.
Procedure
Please check the log of background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT for errors.
I checked the log of background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT, my S-user has all the autorizations in marketplace

Step 001 started (program AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA, variant , user ID BASIS) 00
The following error messages have been returned by SAP Support Portal: AI_SC_EN
No debitor(s) found for user S000######### 00
No system headers will be generated in SMSY from SAP Support Portal AI_SC_EN
License data collected (customer number: ) AGS_MK_MESSAGES
Job finished 00
Also I checked V_AIINSNRS and I realized that customer number is empty for every installation number, I tried to fill out buy It doesn't let me.
I found some notes but They can not be implemented, most of their corrections are delivered from SAPKITL425, and my system has SAPKITL435. Also I have searched solutions in this forum but none has helped me.

I resolved my problem, I wrote to SAP and they helped me.

Dear Customer,
You need to schedule the 'Refresh_Admin_Data_From_Support' with the
background user 'Solman_BTC' on daily basis and allow a window of 30
minutes and the schedule the 'Send_System_Relationship_to_Supp' with
same user, then it should work without any issues.
The 'Send_System_Relationship_to_Supp' looks for updates from
'Refresh_Admin_Data_From_Support' on table 'V_AIINSNRS', if not you willget the error 'SAP Customer number unknown for Installation number'. TheInstallation number and the corresponding customer number gets updated
in this table via 'Refresh_Admin_Data_From_Support', you can verify thisvia transaction 'SE16' -> 'V_AIINSNRS', I hope that explains the query
that you had, if no issues, please confirm the messages, thanks.
