Change & Display access for SPRO

Dear Gurus,

I am new to security field.In our landscape our Functinal consultant wants to have SPRO Change access in one client and SPRO Display access in Unit test client in SAP Dev system.

Is there any standard way to create a role for the same.As i tried to create the role via PFCG and assigning TCODE SPRO still authorization for Many T-codes is missing from Role (Like SM30,SM35,SM34,OMWM, OMWD, OMSK,OMWN)

Secondly Is it possible to restrict SPRO ,Like MM users can not see FI related Scenarios in the SPRO screen ?

Hi,

To create a role with all the SPRO autorizations. in PFCG, go to: utilities -> customizing auth and you´ll be able to load all the corresponding transactions into the role.

Regarding restrictions, there are some other threads in SDN where this is discussed.

If you right click on a IMG activity, Technical information -> Maint objects you´ll get info about tcodes.

add tcode SPRO to the role .before that check for the su24 settings and fien the auth object related to spro.do the activity changes(like display and change)to the auth object in the role.
