Hi All,

while doing confirmation(using inprocess inspection) , if total qty is 60, and in last operation 40 are confirmed, while doing migo system is showing 60. how to avoid this error.

Check config setting @ SPRO > Production> Shop floor control> confirmation> define confirmation parameters

Over delivery u2013 Error when over delivery tolerance is exceeded

So Over delivery is not allowed means of in 0030 operation if only 50 quantity is confirmed in 0040 operation only 50 can be confirmed. Production people cannot confirm more than 50 quantities. This way you will have control over production conformation.

As you know 03 inspection isn't stock relavent, you will not have direct control over GR. So you have to human inteligence to find last operation conformation qty to do GR. Or use some user exit to control GR qty.

This is the in-porcess production, so lot is created at the begining w.r.t total qty.

if u have activated 03 and its an inprocess inspection than lot of 60 qty is there. operation confirmation has no effect on exact lot qty.

i hope u may test it operation wise and when PP user confrim s the operation sequentially than u itself able to check that there in no impact on lot qty.

Please check the Inspection setup type key what u have assigned according to that u need to go for task list in QP01

Check In QA32 with the Material Combination with plant execute and see there u find the Material Status insp or rel or crtd

as u r saying inprocess inspection insepction type is 03 or something else please check that.
