The Oracle workprocess has been crashed during the process. So, could you check the trace file under /oracle/<SID>/saptrace/usertrace and paste the information, here? You can find further information, in the same trace file, also.

check alert log in more details.

I suggest to patch up latest oracle patchset. Note 839187 contains the necessary steps to install the patchset and

patch collections. (assuming you are using oracle 10.2.x.x)

My system is already on 10.2.0.4.0 and in sm21 i could find this log

Hi,

Please perform consistency check on this customer object ""/BIC/B0000002000". I feel there is some issue with this object which is resulting in the ORA end of file communication issue.

The client and server process connection broke because the oracle intance had terminated .Please start oracle instance again and rerun stats collection.
