Hi Siva,

I am using the function module TRFC_QIN_ACTIVATE and  it is not changing the status of the QUEUE. I want to restart the queues which blocked with NOEXEC status in R/3 and APO systems. Can you please suggest me to resolve the issue.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Siva,

But the user wants to run a backgroud job for processing the Queues using a report not from the transaction SMQ2. So, i have  used the function module TRFC_QIN_ACTIVATE in my report to process the Queues, but its not processing. Please provide me the solution for the same.

Thanks & Regards,

Satya.

What happens when you:

1. Go to SMQ2

2. Select a queue

3. Click display

4. Unlock that queue?

Hope this helps,

Hello,

It means that there are no blocked queues in PI. Can you try using the steps mentioned in R/3?

Hello,

The procedure would still be the same, you use tcode SMQ2 for inbound queue monitoring. Not having any entries may mean that there are no messages are currently being processed/hold/stopped.

Have you done any cache refresh four days ago?

Hope this helps,

SXI_CACHE refresh is only for PI systems.

Where i will Find the Latest Cashe updated Date..?

You can open ID -> Environment -> Cache Status Overview, choose the correct notification period and then find the entry for cache instance under Integration Server (ABAP Cache), when it was updated (Cache Updated), when was the update performed (Perform Notification), what was the update type and who performed it.

I think the AE issue is totally unrelated to your queue issue. To update the cache status, click on the icon with a green arrow that says (repeat cache update for instance).
