Hi,

Please also try using T-Code*"PAL3"(*without HR Module integration), you can maintain Sales executives and then do partner determination w.r.t Sales doc. type as suggested above.

Hi,

To achieve this, you need to include partner function "Sales Employee" in your Sales transaction in the Partner tab in the line item in your sales order. (This is assigned manually in your sales transaction in case you have not setup in the Partner determination in IMG)

Before this, you need to create sales employee (in HR employee data) using Tcode PA30.

In IMG, you can set this up by assigning Sales Employee partner function in the procedure and then assign the procedure to the relevant Item Category (this is done in Partner Determination for Sales Document Item). When this is done, Sales Employee partner function will be determined in the sales transaction, and relevant employee number (from the employee master) should be maintained.

Hope the above helps.

Thanks.
