Dear Experts,
We are using automatic credit limit (Static), our issue is when Credit Limit less then receivable system not check delivery value even total delivery value more the receivable. Please go through below scenario & give your comments.
Credit Limit 1500
Receivables 1000
Delivery value 1000
in this case we want to restrict to post goods issue of delivery due to delivery value more then credit limit value by Rs .500/- we have already tick on open delivery in OVA8

ONLY at the time of PGI, the system will block, if you have made the relavant settings. if set at PGI level, however, you can still save the delivery (even if 'exposure' exceeds the credit limit')
Check check if any values are maintained under "seasonal factors". If yes... remove those.
Once again check all your settings & revert with the credit exposure' in the customer credit master.
Did you assign GI credit group to your delivery doct type?
You can expect help here from any members, ONLY when you give all the relavant important details.
open order value, open delivery value, open billing items, open items (receivables)? check, if anyone has changed any master data (credit) related info.
check the item category of the material. whether "credit active' has been activated or not.
check all the settings & if issue persists, revert with all the details.
All settings is OK, even in following scenario system restrict to save the delivery
You said that, credit check has been set at PGI level. Then, how come the above statement? (at delivery level)
Did you activate the block & give values in 'Reaction' field? If you give more inputs & are more CLEAR , you can get better answers from anyone.
