In PA30 transanction screen no infotypes exsists in this menu

Hi All,

we are getting "no infotypes exists in this menu" error when we login to PA30 t-code.

this is happening in only in 110 client. the same is working in different clients.

Please help me to resolve the issue

Hi,

This sounds like a permission/security reason...

Infotype access on employee HR data is NOT cross client ! i.e. access on one client (for one employee group) do not automatically allow access to another employee group on another client !

Here, it's the forum for PI... I suggest you to move your thread the right forum like Abap.

And contact your HR functional consultant, it's perhaps a customize which is missing in this mandant: this one which says "on our project we use this infotype, and this one, and...".
