Hi,

Looks like ERP message server entry is missing in EP services file. Please maintain EP message server entry in ERP as well. Please check the login group name for ERP is correctly maintained in JCo RFC. It's case sensitive.

Thanks,

Siva Kumar

Hello Siva,

Are you able to ping virtual IP of ERP from EP server? Are you sure logon group PUBLIC (all caps) exist in ERP system?

Thanks,

Siva Kumar

Yes I know, But why its taking virtual IP address. I mentioned erpdbgrp host name with ip 192.168.19.162 But its taking V IP of 2nd node. how its happening ?

Thanks

Hi Siva,

Somewhere in JCo destinations or Visual Admin, it's reading Virtual IP. Please check.

Thanks,

Hi,

Since your system is installed on the cluster and message sever is installed on virtual hostname. That is the reason its taking virtual IP. What you need to make sure is: you should be able to ping IP of EP and ERP systems from each system. Secondly, you need to enter sapms<SID> 36<instance no> in services file of both the system. In case of ERP system you need to enter sapms<SID> 36<ASCS instance number>.

Please check above.

Thanks
