NWDI Track Createtd But Can't Add Any Software Componet?

Hi

Friends

i try to create new track for ESS/MSS and add the Software components.

i have qusetion is assign Software Components are showing(i was search Sap_ess).

SAP_ESS and show list:

- SAP_ESS 600

- SAP_ESS 603

- SAP_ESS 701

- SAP_ESS 100

issue

i try to select one of the Software component(SAP_ESS 603) and add taht Software component to ESS track.

But they are not showing ADD OPTION.

And also I Was Placed sca file in \usr\sap\JTrans\CMS\inbox.

CAN U ANY BODY SUGGESTION ME..HOW CAN I ADD THAT Software component TO newly created ESS TRACK.

THEY ARE SHOWING ONLY THE BELOW LISTED OPTIONS

SELECT ALL

DESELECT ALL

CHECK IN ALL THE DEVELOPED SC

CHECK IN ALL AS REQUIRED SC

How is the procedure??

Hi Vijay,

I believe this is not related here.

The customer states that a button is not available on the UI which I can hardly believe this is why he opened a ticket at SAP which we are investigating.

Until the end of investigation I am locking this thread, I will add further information about the results later.

I haven't faced any issue before where the "Add SCs..." button was missing.

Could you please describe exactly step-by-step how you are proceeding?

Are you stating that you are in CMS webui -- Landscape Configurator - Track Data, and here there is no button "Add SC..." ?

Can you please tell me also the version of NWDI you are using? you can get this info from the

http://<host>:<port>/monitoring/ComponentInfo --> here you have the SCs DI_*, let me know their release and version.

Already One Track is created by the basis guy..

Assume That Track Name>xyz under the components Are My Components folder>Available SC'S Are

SAP_JEE

SAP_JTECHS

SAP_BUILDT

i try to assign one more SC'S TO THAT Track..Their is no option Showing Add Button..
