Tech Support and Training Channel Configuration

Hi!

Can anyone tell me how to configure the 'Tech Support and Training Channel' please? I want to add a support desk phone number in here.

When I go to the desktop channel to configure it there is the capability to add parameters, but I can't find any documentation to explain what is possible, assuming this is the right approach!

First, goto Setup --> Companies object and click on the company name that you are using. Scroll down to the tech Support Info section and in the field Tech Support Phone, update the number that you want to.

In the Desktop channel, the Title field will already be pointing to the Tech Support and Training Localized resource and the updates should happen. Check the Workbench page for confirmation
