This happens after upgrade or a specific OSS note (note: 1565880) application. Please check the link below. The only solution it seems is to modifiy the system and undo the changes done by the OSS note

Could you please check to see if note 1565880 has been applied to your system as part of the support packs? Before this note it was possible to edit texts after goods issue has been posted. This was considered a program error and was corrected with note 1565880. If this is the cause of the texts being locked and your business needs this functionality then the only way to get back the old behaviour is to modify the system (remove the coding introduced by note 1565880). Please review note 170183 before applying any modification to the system.
